Standard Terms of Engagement

The standard service is inclusive of the following: 

1) An initial design stage draft assessment of each property design to demonstrate compliance with approved document L1a 2006 of The Building Regulations.

2) One further remodelled assessment and compliance advice where building regulation compliance is not achieved at initial design stage draft.

3) Produce initial design stage final reports for submission to building control body.

Pre Tender Package - Homespec provide a full advisory service based on all aspects of the project including fabric and insulation together with appliances and control to achieve the most cost effective savings, not only in meeting the required target, but also in implementing reductions where the specification exceeds minimum standards. This evaluation for the most cost effective measures in demonstrating compliance with building regulation and client requirements. 

To produce ‘as built’ final certificates for each property - £25.00 Per Certificate 

A consultancy fee applies when the ‘as built’ data and revisions for each dwelling on completion to demonstrate ‘as built’ have altered significantly from the final report i.e. the approved document submitted for Building Regulations.
