To commission our
services please complete the following steps:
Step 1
Print a copy of the SAP Data Sheet and complete all
sections including as much detail as possible. Enclose
all working drawings showing dimension floor plans,
elevations, sections and site plan.
Step 2
Either
Post all of the above (with cheque for relevant amount,
see fees section) to:
Homespec, 2 Chartwell Close,

enquiries@homespec.uk.com - We will then E mail you
by return with an invoice and order number.
- The more
information that you can provide, the quicker the
turnaround of your Energy Rating Certificate.
- Drawings need to
be to scale, illustrating all floor plans and
elevations. We can open all DWG and DXF formats
saved in the latest versions of AutoCAD. Hand drawn
PDF’s are also acceptable if the dwelling
measurements are clearly indicated.
Step 3
We will send you within 72 hours
- A report on
compliance with Building Regulations Part L1A, or
L1B
- U-value
calculations
- SAP rating
certificate
- TER and DER
calculations
- NHER Certificate
