Our company use qualified Plan Assessors accredited with the National Home Energy Rating (NHER) With the most up to date NHER approved software we are able to provide accurate SAP rating calculations for your properties. Building Control accepts these calculations with no further checks required.

On receipt of all required information we will issue you with an authorised submission and draft certificate for Building Control

The importance of making sure this calculation is being applied correctly throughout the build cannot be stressed enough. An error made at the start of the process is not likely to be picked up until an As Built Certificate is calculated which could prove costly for the developer should any changes be necessary to achieve a pass.

It is important that we are informed of any changes in build design before it is made. This will enable us to make any necessary changes to the draft certificate

On completion of the build we will then issue you with an As Built Certificate providing the design specification has not been altered during the build
